It is clear this seller is not a native English speaker, that or his comprehension level is reduced. Vendor is talented artistically but could have and should have explained UPFRONT headline character limitations for each mock up option. Freelancer doesn't seem to know the difference between WORDS and LETTER count. That or he has a very unique and UNCLEAR way of expressing that in English. Be sure to get clarity UPFRONT on Word Count allowance and how he defines WORDS, SPACES, and LETTER counts.
